When you request an assessment, we may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country and city, treatment of interest and the message you choose to send. We may also process limited technical information required to protect the form against fraud and automated spam.

We use this information to answer your request, provide initial guidance, coordinate an appointment or possible visit to Cali, maintain appropriate service and security records, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
